After 30 years of real estate  investing, he diversified his personal real estate portfolio by exchanging into 10 TIC real estate programs throughout the U.S. including: apartments, shopping centers, office buildings, and warehouses. He maintains trusting relationships with the nation's leading real estate firms who bring   quality TIC investments to market. Andy now uses his expertise to educate and assist others in their 1031 TIC real estate investment needs.

Andy holds series 22, 39, and 63 securities licenses and a Real Estate Broker's license.
